(beginning writing for this review at 9:00AM on the dot, finished reading at around 5:30AM or so, this oneshot inspired me to revamp this whole site lol)

-wow! wow. this is the type of series that reminds me of my bittersweet relationships with oneshots. they like to *really* get me invested, only to devastate me when i realize that i just read the entire thing. no continuation. sorry!
-anyways, i heard a bit about this series on twitter a few years back, and when i came across it in my barnes & noble a few days ago, i decided to pick it up. why not? funny furry light yaoi lol... shouldn't be a big thing right?
-*right?*
-my god! this oneshot! as of right now, i'm still digesting the entire thing of which i read in a mere few minutes, and hey, maybe i'm just a sucker for fagslop, but this funny furry light yaoi made me feel such a way about a single few pages that i haven't felt in a while; and when i learned that it was over, and there wouldn't be a continuation, i genuinely slammed my fist down in defeat. why does god hate me so?
-anyways, this fills the role to me that a really good ao3 fic does - ('cept its got illustrations, see?) - it'll fill me with indescribable feelings for the first hour during and after reading, have me thinking about it for the next few days/weeks, and maybe, just *maybe*... carve me a new hyperfixation - either directly or indirectly. (such was the case with marshal.)
-this manga is really touchy-feely, in the most literal sense i can conjure up. there's a lot of scenes of hugging, cuddling, holding, etc. which explains to me why it made me so rabid. (HINT: i'm touch-starved).
-this is one of it's strongest-suits. Nagabe did an absolutely fantastic job on the illustrations of the non-descript cat and descript lizard getting down to it.
-CLOSING WORDS??: 10/10 really makes you FEEL like a lizard with ptsd

(sorry for the short review, i haven't slept for twenty hours and this fucjin book made me re-write this entire site. it's really good go read it. thanks. love ya.)
